On February 20th, a group of level 3 students from the Department of Engineering Technology visited the "Makandura Tec Factory" to inspect the tea leaf drying process. The visit was part of the ongoing "Development of Surface Moisture Reading Device for Tea Leaves" project, lead by Mrs. Sanjeewani Thilakarathna from the Department of Engineering Technology. The event was organized by the TTC, Faculty of Technology, and TTU, University of Ruhuna. Dr. Lahiru Prabodha, Director of TTU, coordinated the visit and participated alongside the students.
